Threefold Repetition

In Chinese variant of Chess, a three continous of 'check' will be counted as lose to the giver. In International chess, a "threefold repitition rule" is made. If A and B go to the same place for thrice continously, it is a draw. Examples is:

White                            Black

Ra1+                                 Kb2

Rb1+                                 Ka2

etc..... continue for 3 times

This puzzle is want you to make a draw by making threefold repetition.

So we should choose to look for a draw, rather than take the mate in 1 ? This is a tactic that I have employed in certain games but I really don't recommend it ...

Ya, really can mate, but this is a "threefold repetition" puzzle, so chess.com members can know how to make a draw in unpossible mating conditions
