Weird puzzle glitch

I sometimes have to level up two or three times before it stays on the next level. Does anyone else have this issue?

I get this bug on the app sometimes. It happened a few days ago and the only way to break the loop was to delete and reinstall the app. Not to mention the annoying are you human splash page loop which appeared to be never ending yesterday. The rate of bugs and server issues appears to be rapidly increasing. I certainly won’t be renewing my membership. It’s too hard to ever report things to support or talk to a human any more so honestly I’m not entirely sure what I’m paying for anymore because the service is none existent.

No, but I’ve been having for months a problem problems are like for 600 elo but only give me 5 points on the cup points

The default Difficulty setting is Standard which will give you fewer points and the average rating of puzzles is lower than your current puzzle rating.
Try changing to Hard or Extra Hard
