this puzzle actually looks like a drawish position and black seems can hold that

Hi all,
I think I’ve found a puzzle with a “wrong” solution; it appears to be a draw with the best defence, not a win.
Puzzle link: https://www.chess.com/puzzles/problem/2047410
Starting position (from the puzzle PGN):
2r1r1k1/8/3p2N1/p2P2pR/3K1bp1/1P2p3/8/5R2 w - - 0 39
The puzzle line starts:
39. Rfh1 g3 40. Nxf4 gxf4 41. Rg5+ Kf8
But later in the “solution”, it continues with:
42. Rh8+ Ke7 43. Rh7+ Kd8 44. Rgg7
At that point, Black has a defence like:
...Rc5 45. b4! axb4 46. Rd7+ Kc8 47. Ra7
From there, I can’t see a forced win for White; it just looks drawable with correct play.
Worth noting that @HangendePion also spotted this independently and mentioned it to me as well, so it doesn’t seem like a one-off misread.
If anyone can confirm with an engine or tablebase, that’d be great. I’ve also got the PGN saved if needed.
