This is what we do in society. We have to label everything. And what exactly is "being ourselves" mean? What if someone feels that being a mass murderer is "being themselves"?
What if setting stuff on fire is what i need to do to be myself?
Extreme examples i know...but you get my point with all this "be yourself" stuff.

There are also others. The guy who congratulates you for expressing an opinion. The guy who sends you a personal message annotating (in a lot of detail) where he thinks you (i.e. me) are mistaken.
