Yes, thank you - but I am thinking about a theme and wallpaper as it is all black and ugly now.
Uploading a background image will replace that. You can change the group Icon/Avatar and background.

Not from the site side of things. There is a Chrome extension that can be downloaded to theme some things from client perspective though. It can be found in Settings > Themes
