Automatic Vacation

I logged on just now to find a message from chess.com that my games had been paused due to a low amount of time remaining. However, in the game in question which supposedly caused this, I had over 14 hours left. I thought it only worked when a game got down to 30 minutes left; thus my question: when does this feature activate, and is there any way to control it?

It is supposed to activate when you have 30 minutes left... I think it is just a minor bug that the staff can fix in a jiffy.

I believe when this occurred the website was experiencing some problems with updating itself properly. If you continue to experience this issue please let us know and we will be happy to investigate the matter.

It happened again just today, but this time I had 89 minutes left. Perhaps not as drastic as 14 hours, but I still wish it'd wait until 30.
