Most of those are no longer active. An internet lifetime can sometimes be counted in seconds.
Much, much, much, much ... much, much, much less of those almost 1,000,000 accounts are premium.
Start here with this alphabetical list. Count the premium symbols for as many pages you have patience for. Multiply the pages by 50 accounts per page.
Say you count the first two pages, or at random, and there are 11 premium symbols so thats 11 of 100. So we have very roughly 11% of the active players being premium members
There are currently about 83000 active players.

Of course the more pages you count the better this estimate will be.
I suggest you do not count the pages sorted by rating or you will find way too many premium members at the start.
