Chances are that you waited just a few hours too long to cancel and were charged accordingly. There is a 30 day money back guarantee on your membership, so simply request a refund and you will get your money back.
As for your overdraft, I know that it is illegal in the US for a bank to overdraft your account unless you've given your consent for them to do so. If you have in fact given them your consent, then I would simply wait for the refund and then explain to them that the charge was a mistake. More likely than not they will give you the fee back.

Well, the confirmation date said canceled as off 8-13. They billed me 8-16, that seems like they should have had plenty of time to me. Also, I followed the link yesterday, and they have yet to respond in any way. This is also the first time I have been billed by them for anything. Before this I had the free trail so I should still be eligible for the 30 day money back anyways.

I canceled at the end of my trail but y'all went ahead and billed me $99 causing me to overdraft. Why did y'all bill me! I saw the message that confirmed I canceled pop up on the screen. Why!!!
