Loading Problem

fyi, I have been waiting for quite awhile for a game to start and the LOADING icon keeps spinning and spinning and then says server unavailable. 

Try using the "Control F5" or "Control R" to do a hard refresh on the game page which is having trouble loading. Usually this will help.

However, over the last couple of days I have not experience any more problems with logging on.  Maybe you guys already fixed the bug?  I dunno, but it was sure frustrating, especially since I am a premium member.
