membership level & computer analysis strength

Gold member.  I understand that if I upgrade my membership, I can submit more games for Computer Analysis afterward.  What I would like to know is:

1. Does the accuracy/strength of the analysis go up, also?  I remember hearing somewhere that Gold gets a 2200-ish level of analysis.  What do Platinum and Diamond memberships get?

2. Will the system allow me to re-submit the same old games for analysis after I've upgraded membership?  (so I can see the more accurate report)

3. I've heard of the horizon effect.  Just curious, how many moves deep does the Computer Analysis look?  at each membership level?

Oh you can resubmit games.  In fact the analysis only remains for a certain amount of time so If you want to see an analysis of a game from a year ago, you need to resubmit it.  Hope that helps...

I upgraded, but I don't see how to re-submit games.  The system only wants to show me the original 2200-level analysis.  How can I get new ones?

Sorry about that.  Guess I gave you bad advice.  What I meant to say was that after your analysis times out (I think it's after 6 months) you can resubmit the game.  Have you tried going over to V3?  That's Try the new Chess.com! down by the green pawn at the bottom of each page.  It's still a little buggy, but you can resubmit any game over there at your choice of depth and watch it analyze.  Supposedly a newer more powerful engine does the analysis.  I've only done it for one game and it didn't seem that different, but my games aren't that complicated. Embarassed Laughing

Thanks for the tip about V3.  It does seem better for analysis!

It seems buggy and slow, otherwise.  At least in IE 11.  Plus, I prefer a slightly text-ier interface (so that I can play straight-up chess, rather than also having to play games like Guess What The UI's Damn Icon Is Supposed To Mean, or Stop And Hover The Mouse). But I digress.  I expect to be flipping back and forth between versions, now.
