Publicity under gold member

I have been using chess.com app under iOS as a gold member and just found today Google announcements as publicity on a lower end new banner. Isn't that a gold member shouldn't have any publicity as stated under the "upgrade your account" section?

You have no icon showing that you are a premium member.
