Hi Jim.  I am not a chess tutor.  The prices for question 1 can be found at Igor Khmelnistky website.  Check it out.

I teach chess full time in both schools (10 different schools each week) as well as privately. Are you talking about an online lecture/Q&A? If so I might be able to arrange something. Let me know

I think that what you charge has to be based on a large number of variables that you haven't provided.

1) What's your experience and success rate teaching youngsters? How many former students have won tournaments and at what level?

2) What are your own skills that you bring to the table? I see you're rated 1322 standard. Unless you're hiding something, this rating is high enough to teach the basics but very little else.

3) What evidence do you have that you can handle a group of 7-10 year olds this large? Most teachers would recoil in horror at the prospect of an hour with this large a group at this age. Will there be any playing going on? One on one instruction? Or will it just be a large group lecture where you expect them to sit still as a captive audience while you tape it?

I for one have some little experience teaching children of this age. I had a group of about 6-8 kids for two hours once a month. I showed them a short master game, explained the moves, taught them how to mate with the queen, played consultation and simul games against them, played one on one and had them sit near me while I discussed the moves of the game under way, and other little exercises. It was like herding cats! Good luck. You'll need it.
