                Meaning of Strategical Factor(Strategy)

Strategy(Pronounced Stra-te-jee) is a factor that actually affects tactical resources. It is a source of tactics.

                               Strategy in Engines

Engines make a move that is a mistake. But instead of human blunders, they tend to make strategical errors.

For example in Chessmaster Grandmaster Edition,Larry Christiansen beated a Chessmaster type of Engine. It was CM9k (You know the meaning of CM and 9k)and it was now called CM grandmaster edition.

My advice is also strange: do not trust some moves of engines! But engines are actually very strong,so still trust them. So you say that Traxler is bad? No! Because chess engines tend to oversight positional factors, but not strategical! If you say that Bxf7+ is the refutation of Traxler, why Anand loses from it? That's because of strategy! Then Ke7,Rf8,d6,and Qe8 is comfortable for black!

                                   Chess Strategies

1.In the opening

1a. Do not trust opening theory.      Explanation:Some of the moves are wrong.

1b. Control the Center                              Explanation: You can easily bring your pieces into the flank that you will attack.

2. In the Middlegame

         2a. Control the Center

2b. Open files that  can be success  to attack.

2c. Close the game if your opponent has a bishop and you have a  knight. Explanation:knight has limited scope of activity, while bishop is a long ranger.

         2d.Attack!

2e.Control important squares that can lead to combinations(Tactics is the synonym). (This is a common strategical error of engines) (That's why Traxler is strong!)

         2f.Exploit  weaknesses on your opponent.

2g.Force your opponent to create weaknesses.

2h.Plan a good move.If your opponent does this advice, prevent it.
