restricting my account

I know that it is 2012 but some of us do live in 3rd world or developing countries. Every time I play on Live chess I can see how great a connection people in Europe and the States get while those of us in India , Thailand and Africa have to bumble around with cutting out , reconnecting and sometimes no service at all. I live in Thailand on the outskirts of the capital city Bangkok. Supposedly we have a 3G service but it is rubbish and very slow. I find it unfair that my account has been restricted through no fault of my own , but because my internet service so bad that it can't hold a game , finds a game then seems to always abort it. 

Spare a thought for those of us who don't live in the West !

it's still doing it , very annoying. In the little box it keeps on saying " you have cancelled a chalenge " when I haven't done anything. It also says aborted by the server all the time so that should be obvious that IT IS NOT ME ! So why restrict my account ?

Try online chess, it is less demanding on your connection.

Perhaps it is because you want to play 3' blitz or less.

I think if you play 10' or more it will be ok (i live in a pacific island and i have this trouble too but just with 3' and under).

thanks for the replies, very quick. I do play online as well but sometimes I want a game with a quick result. I normally do 10 or 30 minute games if that makes a difference. Maybe I will have to complain to help and support !
