what si wrong with chess.com server?

for the last few days my games are getting constantly disconnected.. is someone else facing the same problem.. i get disconnected then have to connect back manually again.. my internet connection is fine so no issues iwth that

It could be a number of things.

Have you cleared cookies and history?

Are you running any other applications when trying to log into live chess? Like media players,
sending/receiving emails? current downloads?

What type of connection do you have to the internet? adsl ? wifi ? dial up?

Was this in live chess using live chess basic?  live chess premium?, from facebook or using the downloadable desktop client?

Which browser are you using and what version is it? (please be accurate on this)

Were you in live chess 3 playing more than one game at the same time?

well, i am using google chrome latest update. i play from chess.com and i am a premium member.. well, i dont delete internet histroy as i need them. this problem started few days back.. before that it was fine.... and i use adsl.. broadband... very fast.. so no issues with that

In forum posts, how much time is there between writing the post and submitting it?

I too am facing the same problem since few days. Earlier it was fine. I've deleted all the search history, cookies etc.., i'm not using any chat service too while playing chess or any downloads etc.., Mine is relatively fast internet service.

Do you use a torrent client in the background?

This can intermittently mess with your bandwidth and connection.
