Tineout ratios are based on the last 90 days of completed games. As of today that would include games back to June 9th.
It appears you had a number of timeouts in July. It is very likely your timeout ratio will increase, from your current 22.5 %, as older games age out, unless you complete enough games to offset or decrease it.
Those timeouts should roll off the calculation in mid-October.
When I try to create a tournament I get the following message: "As a Premium Member, you must have a timeout ratio lower than 15% to host a tournament at Chess.com." I had some issues in the past where I lost several games by timeout, but it has benn months and I can get it solved, pls help!! Thanks & regards!
