если я уже играю в более чем 1 турнире и сдам все партии я смогу вступить или только когда этот турнир закончится?

Есть опция "выйти из турнира". Тогда все партии считаются проиграными автоматически.

Well, some players did not read rules of the tournament before signing up. If they wright complain it triggers chess.com automatic reponse system.
