Club tournaments problems

Hi everyone. I have a club and I created many tournaments, bad when the tournaments start some of them cancel even with 8 participants. Please, help me.

I have done many times, but they always say wait the next updating for fixing and I waited but nothing of changings
Are you trying to use one of the apps to manage them?
I thought the basic tournament functionality using the browser version was pretty stable here.
