Create tournament doesn't work !

I tried to create a club tournament "The Flying Bishops Challenge" for tonight (5min Blitz). I filled in all fields and hit the button "create", but then : the screen changes, a chessboard appears with my name, but nothing tells me if I was sucessful with the creation. I also don't see my tournament in the "upcoming" events. Who will see my tournament if I can't ?
Did I succeed or is there a bug ?
