I know that most tournaments require a minimum amount of online games. Other than that I haven't a clue.

Anyone can join a tournament as long as you meet the critera for the tournament you are joining. Tournament Directors have the ability to change the criteria on a per tournament basis, but the default criteria is given below:
- Must have completed at least 5 rated games of Online Chess on Chess.com.
- Must have at least a 10% win ratio.
- Must have no more than a 10% timeout ratio.

Once you've played and completed your 5 online games, go to the
upcpming tournaments page click on the name of the tournament you want to join, and as long as you meet any criteria set by the tournament director, then click where it says "join".
Does anybody know how I can enter a tournament? If so, please let me know.
