First Time Tournament organizer needing help

Hello!

I am organizing a chess.com community for my office and need your help with my first tournament.

I would imagine we'll have 8-10 players.  Ratings will range from 1000 to 1800.  I like the round robin concept, but I don't the tournament to last forever.  I'm concerned if we're all in one group, it will go too long.  

In an ideal world, I would have a winner's bracket and a consolation bracket -- particularly since we have such a wide range of skills.  

So if I had two or three groups, the top two could go to the winners bracket, while the rest play for the consolation.  That way, the pack will naturally separate and the later stages of the tournament will be more even matches.

How would I set this up using the tools available to me on chess.com?
