Getting a FIDE rating

when you get a fide rating for the first time is it equal to your rating performance or 1200?

Its somewhere very close to your actual performance. You wont get a 1200 rating unless you performed at that level. I believe you also have to play a minimum # of games.

Is there anyone who know the easiest way how to get FIDE rated online?

You can't get a fide rating online, you need to play real life games for that

I tried fide online arena thing.

It required a download that was supposed to start automatically but it never started.

why would you want to have a fide rating that doesnt count otb?
