Assuming you mean the current 7th Chess.com Quick Knockouts (1001-1200), you may be too late.
For official tournaments the default maximum timeout % is 10. With 4 games timed out you need a total of 40 rated games, without timing out again, to lower your timeout percentage to 10%. You have 35 to go.
For the Quick Knockouts version of the official tournaments you also have to lower your time per move average from 2 days to 3 hours.
