How many tourneys?

I know there is a table on this site how your membership affects how many tourneys you can go in, and I noticed that non-official tourneys and your own tourneys have a limit of 1 for basic members. Is that forever, or at one time? I just want to know before I sign up for a non-official tourney and have my request denied. So is the 1 tourney at one time, or total?

It's not forever u can join one now then when that is done then u can join another tournament
