Wow, this is a huge tournament. Best of luck!
I think all 2600+ have chances, but Fressinet would be my bet.

GM Laurent Fressinet and GM Jon Ludvig Hammer met in the qualificationtournament to Norway Chess. They both scored 8 of 10, and played draw meeting eachother. They had to play blitz to pick the winner. Fressinet stood better, but made a mistake and Hammer won and qualified.
In the previous large tournament with open class they split the startlist in half and the top half played the bottom half, with the top of each half meeting eachother, the second of each half meeting eachother .....I wonder if that system will be used here too?
The startnumbers are set by ranking.
Its still early in the tournament. I have lost 2 and won one against players averaging 500 fide above me. The victory was special. I really made a fantastic start , was leading after 25 moves. Then I made a bad move, and my opponent catched up and got ahead, but he had spent to much time, forgot about it and his clock fell. I won in move 36, 12min 48 seconds ahead.
GM Laurent Fressinet is still in the leading bunch with full score, 3 points. GM Jon Ludvig Hammer have 2 wins and a draw.

What you did to his dark-square bishop was brilliant . Great game! Good luck in the forthcoming rounds.
Actually I was the one taking the punishment playing black in the published game. Thore N Jensen was punishing me for a lousy sicilian where I first failed with a6. He proved why he is rated 600 points above me.

My Nordstrand teammate Andreas Tenold is 9 or 10 years old, and got 2 victories against ca 1800 fide.
I won my second game yesterday, http://www.viewchess.com/cbreader/2015/7/30/Game363280953.html
and lost today
You play quite strong players it seems. You will win quite some rating points. Good job! Good game, you outplayed him nicely.
I win some rating, and I also gets hard punishments for the openings I play bad, so I win a lot experience and playing strenght too. :)
Nice play and the third point for Andreas Tenold http://www.ksu.dk/politiken_cup/turnering/detaljer.aspx?tur_id=1764&lod=397
This will be my largest tournament ever, and I dont expect to win. My rating is 1400, and GM Laurent Fressinet has 2707. There are more than 70 masters in the field.
Guess who wins? Top 3?
