please conduct more rapid tournament because most of the chess.com players are playing the 30:00m so they can’t able to attend the the tournament which they can’t play the game as like in tournament

What? You couldn't play in a tournament because you were already playing a game?
Maybe they should have had everybody else wait for you. Is that what you wanted?
but sometimes only they are conducting the rapid tournament
I am very disappointed after playing some tournaments I think lot of cheating is going on specially when I analyzed the games even 1500 rated players are making more than 95 percent excellent moves never seen even 1900 rated player in normal game and lot of upsets are happening also

I don't think it's fair when a started game of more than eight moves have been made, and the game is frozen. no mater what I did I lost the game as I was supposed to run out of time. This was in a three minute game and I was leading quite well. My clock was frozen so I had no way of knowing what was going on. It cost me 13 points and I am pretty angry as I knew I was winning. It's just not fair and it should be looked at and corrected or give my points back.

This thread was about something else entirely.
The staff does not read most threads, especially not old ones. Most threads are answered by other members ( like me).
It sounds like you lost your connection. That happens sometimes when you play via WiFi.
There are settings adjustments you can make to improve the reliability of your connection. (In Settings)

Discussion of cheating in the open forum is not allowed. There are many threads about this in the Cheating Forum, which is a club.
There have also been recent news items about chess.com's efforts to improve fair play and reduce cheating.
