the real result of tie break will count after all games finish at that group. your list above is just temporary, the fourth player has higher TB because he beat the first and/or second player.
Tiebreaker Question

Tiebreak points are based on how many points the players you beat scored. So for example, there are 4 players in a group and one advances. You are tied in points for the lead with 5 points each, and you both won 5 games and lost 1. Let's say the only loss you had was against the 4th place player, and the player tied with you lost against the 3rd place player. Then you would advance because the 3rd place player has more points than the 4th place player and you beat that player more.
So basically, if you beat better players you get more tiebreak points. I have a perfect example of this in one of the tournaments I am in. https://www.chess.com/tournament/tale-of-two-buildings/pairings
Look at round 1 group 9 and you will see what I meant in my example. I hope this helps.
I'm currently hosting one of the tournaments. My current pairing has 5 players. I have finished all games and have scored 5 points with the tiebreaker of 14.5. Only two players will advance. Other four players have one game remaining to play. He's list:
2nd Place : 4 points; 14 TB
3rd Place : 4 points: 11.5 TB <--
4th Place : 3.5 points; 13.75 <--
5th Place: 1.5 points; 5.75
How could the player who has scored 3.5 points has higher Tiebreaker than the second place? I want to understand how the tiebreaker system work. I thought that two players who scored 4 points should have the same TB points.
I would love to hear the explanation so I can have a better reading of all future standings. Thank you!
