Okay so I've been starting to play the little >1200 Rating tournaments whenever I get some free time and I notice something odd about the standings. If I have 1.5/3 points and Im in 3rd place, and someone else with 1.5/3 points is in second, I notice that it is becuase of they have more points in the "tie" column. What exactly does this "tie" column represtent?
