Is it just me or do others notice an increase in timeouts lately? I'm seeing people who play half way through 3 rounds and then time out the rest of their games. Why I wonder? You play a tough player to a hard fought draw and then he time outs his remaining games giving the rest of the field an advantage. Is this a phenomena of Spring?
