Walkover's effect on Elo Rating

In an actual FIDE rating tournament, if I am an unrated player playing to get rated, and have to miss a rating game, how does it affect my final calculated rating?

Is it counted as a loss, and rating points are deducted, or is it counted as an abort, and tournament points are awarded, but not rating points?

P.s. I have to miss the last game of a rating tournament I'm playing to get rated, for a surgery, so needed to know how it would affect my rating score.

Unplayed games are not rated:

5.

Unplayed Games

5.1

Whether these occur because of forfeiture or any other reason, they are not counted. Any game where both players have made at least one move will be rated.

There are some other requirements to get rated and those can be found in section 6 of that link. How the tourney handles the points depends on the event and you should probably verify with the arbiter or organizer.
