There are some other requirements to get rated and those can be found in section 6 of that link. How the tourney handles the points depends on the event and you should probably verify with the arbiter or organizer.
In an actual FIDE rating tournament, if I am an unrated player playing to get rated, and have to miss a rating game, how does it affect my final calculated rating?
Is it counted as a loss, and rating points are deducted, or is it counted as an abort, and tournament points are awarded, but not rating points?
P.s. I have to miss the last game of a rating tournament I'm playing to get rated, for a surgery, so needed to know how it would affect my rating score.
