Withdrawn but playing

in the Sicilian Najdorf Tourney I am playing I have a player who is withdrawn according to the tournament report but the game is still open and in fact the player just made a move.  Is the game really active?  Is the player really withdrawn?  One of these must be answered with a no.  If he is really withdrawn what am I supposed to do with the game?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. When a player withdraws from a tournament, all of their games in that tournament are supposed to be reported as losses, and you should have been given a win in your game with this player. We are looking into this and will try to resolve this as soon as possible.
