Welcome to "Tournament for players under 1250" !!!

It's a tournament for fast players, so no vacations allowed, sorry.

Only players ranked <1250 at the beginning of the tournament with minimum 10 daily games already played are allowed.

When the tournament will be start, at each roud, any players above 1350 will be removed !! Indeed, this tournament is based on fair-play and unfortunately some players cheat on their scores ...

Enjoy and good luck !!! thumbup.png

More details about players with scores above 1350

Valentine59 | 3 de dec. de 2020, 04:15

This is the first tournament I am hosting so I hope you will be kind to me ^^

Regarding the rule for the score above 1350, a player has withdrawn by himself but I cannot withdraw other players at this time because the games have already started. Indeed unfortunately, chess. com is preventing me from removing  players fort the moment  I get the message: You cannot remove a player who has games in progress" I will can removed when the round will be finished.

When I say above 1350, I am thinking in particular of players who have 1500 or even 1700 for example (which I have already seen in other tournaments)and  who also have score above 1350 in other modes (blitz, fast and daily) and for whom it is obvious that they cheat on their scores to participate of tournaments "easier".

But, if you have some points above 1350, 1355 for example, but your evolution is consistent with the other modes and you progress "naturally" without cheating, then you will not be removed (except if you are very too high like a score of 1400 ELO)

Hope I was understandable to everyone and good luck going forward happy.png
