1. Russians are also people. Treat everyone equally on a chess site, as chess is a game for all.

2. One certain grandmaster should not get three chances if another is banned after one cheating offence.

3. Require full vision (screen and surrounding playing area) for online prize money events. Hold prize money in escrow for a set amount of time (e.g. until the end of the year). Make sure cheaters will have something to lose before they enter these events. Do better. Cheating ruins the game, it causes conflicts, and it also harms reputations.

4. Stop glorifying unskilled streamers and mediocrity. Promote chess skill instead.

5. Bring back real commentators, like Peter Leko / Peter Svidler / Jan Gustafsson. Keep David Howell and fire the rest. Or by all means, have a 'meme channel' should you wish. But please also have a channel for true improvers and advanced players. Buying out the competition's website(s) should not desecrate broadcast quality.
