TCMAC Gladiator Tournament S3
Since after the "fact", previous, is already in force, the ban on changing the registered team. It is allowed to remove them only for the following reasons: Ascertained unreliability of the player, time lost with percentages above 10%, false accounts, and the like, but not to select a team with only strong players excluding those who have already registered, and block the team is allowed, at most, the day before the start of the match.
These are guidelines that are valid at the moment, but can be changed.
Europe National Team, The Royal Falcon Club, Eternals-Superheroes and Asian Chess Masters like to continue to take part in TCMAC Gladiator Tournament S3. Kindly keep club in separate groups.
Why is locking early not allowed?
Because it's like giving the opposing team the chance to improve their roster of players knowing that your team definitely won't. In fact it is a disadvantage to close the registrations in advance and that is why no team (at least here in the TCMAC) closes the registrations of the players in the various TCMAC matches in advance.

Giving your own team a disadvantage is not allowed? Why not?
Locking a roster shows that the team is ready. I have a TCMAC match where we outnumber the opponents by 25 players, and outrate them by 200 on every board. Why am i not allowed to lock my roster?
@icy makes a very good point here. Who cares if one team locks their roster early, it's not an advantage for them. Like you guys say, it's an advantage for the other team. I don't think there should be a rule against locking early, but of course I'm not the admin of this league.
And if two sides lock and it starts a week early, that is better for the league as well. It moves it along. And if people haven't done it in the past, it's for reasons that you have already stated, it is not an advantage to lock the roster. I don't know why Icy should be penalized for doing so, but like I said, it's your choice.
One thing against it is , if the match is for a minimum of 10 players and the first ten to join are all in close proximity to the top limit of rating, I don’t think it would be in the spirit of the competition to then lock your team to avoid getting any lower rated players joining.

Then make the rule that you can only lock if any of the following are true:
- your lineup has not increased by more than 10% in the prior 3 days
- both teams have already agreed to lock
- your lineup is 3x the minimum requirement
Maybe I didn't explain myself well. It's not that I want to penalize @Icy when he decides to block his list of players registered in a TCMAC match, considering it adequate for that particular match. He is free to do it. In doing so, however, it gives the opposing team the opportunity to improve its list of registered players up to the start date of the match. This is why I said that blocking your list of registered players in a TCMAC match is like giving the opposing team an advantage. Then if even the opposing team is fine with its list of registered players once the minimum regulatory number is reached, I don't think it's a problem as well argued by @Commando-Poppins. In any case, I thank all of you for the useful suggestions to improve the TCMAC rules so as to entertain everyone here with us.

No - another admin told me that I am not allowed to lock my roster.
Or is the rules for that tournament (praetorians) different to this one? If so, why?
