If memory serves me, I learned chess before I learned to read or write. However, I have done much better in the latter so far. After mucking about on kids chess tournaments, I stopped playing at all when I was 14. As time went by, I realised how I was missing it, so I'm back now trying to remember what I learned in childhood and improve it.

No doubt, my favourite no. 1 has been Paul Keres since ever. I like the story of his life altough I feel sorry for it. I wish I could meet him, but this will stay as a wish I'm afraid.
