Just so you know; I’ve hunted my WHOLE LIFE, and go to the gym when I’m bored :> well i just started going to the gym, within a few months I was able to bench my own weight, and do ten pull-ups where you touch the bar with the back of your neck D:’m 5’11”, 160 lbs, and I can also do pistol squats with ease.
