Checkmate Dementia

Checkmate Dementia is a non-profit organization that aims to prevent the disastrous effects of pre-emptive dementia by utilizing chess as a cognitive enhancer and recreational activity.
So far chess.com works with over a dozen elderly centers and has over fifty volunteers. We are currently working on bringing our program to California, and North Carolina.
