Rules of Winter Cats:

2. Please don't write in notes anymore, you can talk, just don't talk a lot in notes or you will be muted so write in the club's chat please.
3. Don't spam if you don't need to, just spam when you need to.
If you don't follow the rules, you will get muted, or banned if you're too harsh.
