Hi. I've recently started exercising regularly & I thought I'd make a group to support others doing so. The focus of this group is supporting each other in physical, emotional & mental health. You can discuss exercise regimes, diet, getting one's physical, professional, social life in order & share what works for you to keep you on track! Once we reach a critical mass we'll start playing vote & team games!
