I am an International Master from Odisha, India. I became an IM at the age of 18, achieving five IM norms and a peak FIDE rating of 2452. Coming from a region with limited chess infrastructure, my development was largely self-driven, shaping an analytical and independent approach to improvement.

I have deep practical knowledge of specific opening systems, with good results both online and over the board. In my coaching, I focus on modern, flexible opening preparation rather than memorization, with strong emphasis on practical decision-making, which I consider essential for success in modern chess.

I currently work with a limited number of students due to ongoing playing commitments.
