When I was 6 years old my grand father thought me this wonderful game on an old antique chess. I wish I have it now with its skinny pieces. Then early in the high school I become active player; worried my mother how can I spent so much time with chess. That was time of Tal, my favorite master of the game. At university there was no time to play chess and fulfill all the obligations there, and I stopped playing; did not play for next 47 years. Now I have retired and came back to chess, this time to keep my brain active. Beside chess I do woodworking and I am avid reader, specially of history books.
