Ask my dog, but not my wife. Seriously, my interests are chess, flying small airplanes, snorkeling, some scuba but not seriously, cycling and bike tours, non-fiction, dogs and animal rights.
I like the problem-solving nature of chess, and also the problem-generating side of it in regards to my opponent. Creativity, yes, definitely. Unlike life, in the game of chess, you are always responsible for your actions.
