Alex Huang. FIDE Candidate Master. National Arbiter. Full Time Chess Coach. 13 years of chess teaching experience, 19 years of playing experience. Excels at teaching fundamentals, with a great knowledge of different openings. Currently I'm ranked #24 in NZL on the FIDE Active Players List (Jan 12th 2023). My National Rating is 2110 NZCF. Trained and worked with many New Zealand National Interschool Finals winners and medalists across Primary, Intermediate and Secondary schools. Encourages you to think strategically about the game.
