Dear Chess Friend, I am Sándor Vidéki, IM, FIDE Trainer from Hungary with a peak FIDE rating of 2470. I've won the Hungarian Open Championship and the Hungarian U20 Championship twice each.

With decades of coaching experience, I've worked with students ranging from beginners to those with a rating of 2200. One of my students won the U12 European Championship, while others excelled in both team and individual categories at the Hungarian Youth Championships.

In our initial session, we'll evaluate your current chess knowledge, discuss your goals, review some of your games, and engage in a few friendly matches. With this information, I'll craft a personalized training plan to guide your progress.

I have a diverse opening repertoire to help you build one that suits your playing style. Gain access to various chess resources, including PDFs and ChessBase formats, as we explore essential middlegame strategies, calculation techniques, and endgame theory. I'll assist you in analyzing your games thoroughly, pinpointing mistakes for valuable learning experiences.

To support your learning, I'll provide post-lesson training materials and assign homework for individual practice. I'll review your solutions afterward, offering personalized guidance for your chess improvement.
