A little about me:

I am chess player who's learning, and my brother is @Tanav_aftershockinferno. He is 3 years older than me. I have been inspired by chess and have always been wanting to play it. I have been wanting to share my happiness for a long time, and I think my club can help me do that (join below!) I am even a blogger! View my content here. (Follow me for new content!) I am also the owner of the club ChessKidz (You can join my club now!) [If the link fails, try this one: ChessKidz (Other Link).] I also accept friend requests.

Age: 10

Gender: Male

If you want to join chesskidZ, use the link(s) above, or click the picture below.

My best friends:

1. @Tanav_aftershockinferno (He’s my brother! Why not?)

2. @Reallygood10yrd (Good player. Still learning from him even though his ratings are less than mine!)

3. @Prono-2 (Never beat him. But why not try?)

Last but not (and NEVER!) least…

4. @Zunayed_781038 (Even though he’s not good at chess, he’s really good at socializing! I need more tips here…)

Favorites:

Favorite food: Practically any dessert, but if I had to choose, ice cream. (Yum!)

Favorite color: Red (I just like it, ok?)

Favorite language: Spanish, or in Spanish, Español! (I’m currently learning it!)

Favorite phrase: You asked for it - EMOTIONAL DAMAGE! (It’s weird, but please don’t ask me how many times I say that on a daily basis…)

Favorite game: Chess. (That’s sort of obvious though.)

Favorite type of chess (time): Rapid (Long, nice thinking time.)

Favorite type of chess (variation): 4-player chess (So many players!)

Favorite checkmate: I haven’t found a time to use it yet, but here it is in a puzzle-

Favorite piece: Pawns. (They add strategy, defense, and promotion to games! [Plus, that pawn on g7 is nedded for my favorite checkmate!])

Favorite day: Sunday. (It’s a free day! For all Friday lovers, I get too much homework on that day, so… yeah, it’s not my favorite.)

Favorite player: @Hikaru. (Yes, @MagnusCarlsen is ranked better, but I like Hikaru’s perserverance.)

Favorite opening: King’s Pawn Opening. (So simple and classic.)

Favorite blogger: As mentioned above, @Zunayed_781038. (I could never imagine so much detail in blogging! It’s nice how structured and organized his passages are.)

Favorite… wait… : You absolutely don’t need to know this one.

Yeah this is so real and I didn’t edit the text. Don’t check how many views I have.

Message me any more favorites you want me to add!

Tips and tricks:

There’s so much! I’ll try to add a little every while…

1. (Strategy) Think and analyze before you move. This can avoid blunders and mistakes in-game and give more chances to win. Try to find what happens moves ahead with every move being considered for full effectiveness. (Of course, you need to think faster with lower time control.)

2. (Self-help) Rating does not matter. Don’t get depressed if you lost a lot of rating in a day. Instead, find what you did wrong and improve so you can win next time!

3. (What not to do) Never resign. Maybe your opponent will blunder. Maybe you were winning in the first place and just didn’t take a second thought about the situation. Resigning ends the game before you know what will happen. (It’s tempting, but try to stop it.)
