Here's a Head's Up: I will not be answering PMs or Chat Requests from those I don't know or who aren't in CHT or CYCT. Right now, I am not going to be answering  private messages from my friends as much as I used to. I need a break right now and need to focus on school, but I will still be active in clubs. I love all of you deeply and may the Lord be with you and guide you.

• CYCT: (Christian Youth Chess Team) This club is one of the reasons I am so active. CYCT is such a wonderful, kind, empathetic, and honest group of believers doing life together. I can not imagine my life without this club or the wonderful people in it.
• CHT: (Christian Homeschool Team) Super funny, enjoyable and a great Christian club.
• CFC (Chess for Christians) Wow, this is an amazing club! It has so many great people, fun forums, and is a great place to talk about Jesus as the Body of Christ.  It is also owned by my good friend @CyanPhoenix7. Please join, you will not regret it!! 
• The Christian and Chess Place: A great Christian club formerly owned by my friend Irene @ilovemygreatfriends.
• CFH (Chess for Homeschoolers) A fun, Christian club that actually plays chess (shocking I know).  Also owned by a great friend @AnswersInGenesis

Hiii! My name is Linda and I am a Christian girl who loves the Lord.  People tend to ask me why I'm so happy ( and also why im so weird but that's beside the point 😂) some people tell me that I never go through anything, because my life is always perfect. The truth is, I am so happy because I know Jesus. He gives me peace that makes no logical sense, love for others that I never would have felt, and kindness that I never could have given on my own. However, I do go through things. And I like to say that when you're a Christian, you feel things so much more than before. I feel deep pain when I go through things, but I get through them, you want to know why? Because Jesus is something so much bigger, and so much better,that He helps me use my faith to get THROUGH things, not AROUND them, and because of that,I have a relationship with Him and I trust Him as my Savior. To anyone out there who feels alone, ugly, or just beyond help, you can know there is always Jesus, and you can always turn to Him no matter what. He accepts you for who you are, and changes you for the better. To anyone who feels too lost and far gone to trust Him, know that there is never anything you can do to make Him love you less. Jesus loves you and will always be there for you. If you EVER have any questions about Christianity feel free to DM me!

You are not unnecessary. You are not alone. You do not need to become something else. You may have hard experiences and tough times, and you may deal with vile people that tell you you are not enough. But you are. You are a glorious piece of God's creation, whether you believe that or not. You are what God tells you you are. No, you are not perfect,no, not even one. But by God's grace that doesn't matter anymore because of Jesus. So shed your chains, you are free. You are ENOUGH.

As I get older, I go through more sad, hard, stressful, and scary times. Fear and sadness grips me more than it used to. I see my friends, and even people I don't know going through depression, anxiety, trauma and loss of hope. I've been there. We all have. I may not know you, and I may not know what you're going through, but God does. You may not be religious but can you deny that there is something tugging at your heart? A hole inside of you that can't quite be filled? The truth is that hole is a God sized hole. It can't be filled with alcohol, drugs, addictions, or anything but Jesus. The Bible is NOT a fairy tale. It's TRUE. It changed my broken life into a glorious gift, and it can for you too. All you have to do is let God work. Now some CHRISTians try to complicate that. They say you need more than Jesus. You have to "get your life together" and then seek Jesus: but that's not what the Bible says: and it's impossible. But don't let me tell you this myself: find it out for yourself. Read the Bible. Even just a chapter. Give God a chance to work in you and see what it does in our life. Let me know what you find .

 

Jesus LOVES you. Jesus CHOSE you. Jesus VALUES you. Jesus WANTS you. The chances of you being alive are SO slim, that it's a miracle you're even here. Imagine all of the tiny details that had to fall into place just so that you could be born. JESUS HAS A PURPOSE FOR YOU! HOW AMAZING IS THAT??!!

Bullying? Think you're so cool? The girl you just called fat?... she  is overdosing on diet pills. The girl you just called ugly?... She spends hours at home putting on makeup hoping people will like her. The boy you just tripped?... He is abused enough at home. See that man with the scars?... He fought for his country. That guy you just made fun of for crying?... His mother is dying. Copy and paste this if you're against bullying. I bet 95% of you won't copy and paste this, but I'm sure the people with heart and backbone will! I did not write this originally. I copied it from somebody else's account. 

Bullying others because you feel bad about yourself is NOT cool, and we've ALL done it.

1 John 3:17 says "God sent his son into the world not to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him" Jesus is the only one worthy enough to judge ANYONE, and if even He doesn't judge, then we definitely don't have a right to.

Here are a few things about me that maybe you didn't know -- or maybe you did and are reading this because-- why not?

1. I am a CHRISTian. I love the Lord will all of my heart and would love to talk to you about Him! I want to be a missionary when I grow up.

2. I am an oldest child  with two younger siblings(oldests rockkkkk just ask @CyanPhoenix7 hehe) 

3.My favorite colors are yellow and any shade of blue.

4. My favorite animal is a giraffe.

5. I really like school even if sometimes it gets tiring XD. History, English, Creative Writing and Biology are my favorite subjects.

6. I do NOT like math. If you want to get to know me you need to know this. VERY IMPORTANT information.

7. As you can totally tell, I'm not dramatic in the least. So if you think I am I have no idea where you're getting that from.

8. I am an extrovert: I love talking to people.

9. I love to sing: especially in the shower (ofc) and while feeding my crazy chickens.

10. WRITING!! OH. MY. WORD. I LOVE to write (if while reading this you doubt fact number 7 -- how dare you.) It's an amazing outlet for me to write about things I am passionate about- good or bad.  And.... DEBATE!!!!! Yes, I love debating-- it's the best. 

11. My favoritest (yes I said favoritest...totally a word) season is fall!!!!!

12. like sports though I am not crazy talented at them. In the words of a wise man (AKA my dad) "You have all the speed and drive-- just not the skills." Ouch but he's not wrong.

13.I give out my personal information! All you have to do is ask ---  HA! Jk stalkers XD . I LOVE rollerblading and running and bike-riding. Some of my best friends do cross- country (@Cecilia, @CyanPhoenix7, @HP_is_the_best) I've heard it's awesome but I haven't done it yet.

I have just started writing poetry: I LOVE writing. Here are a few poems I have just written:"The One Who Loves Us Best":

 

I thought I was the only one not good enough, 

 

Loved by the ones who didn't know. 

 

I thought for sure that if they knew the truth,

 

They'd keep begging me to go.

 

If they knew everything, and saw all my mistakes,

 

How I look so pulled-together together, but all of it is fake.

 

As I think of all the ways that I will surely fall, there is still One who knows me better than them all.

 

He knit me in my mother's womb, He formed my inward parts.

 

He knows my every story, every secret of my heart.

 

He sees everything, but He's the one who loves me best, forgiving me for every sin, though He knows more than all the rest.

 

He paid the price of painful death, dying for my sin, so that I could be His daughter, up in Heaven next to him.

 

He knows that I'm not perfect and that I'll mess up and I'll fail, but He loves me and it was all for me that He was pierced by nails.

That our God is better than sin or our shame.

 

He is greater than every fault and there is glory in His name.
