I AM LEAVING CHESS.COM DUE TO MANY PROBLEMS LIKE:

Many cheaters in tournament games (and unwillingness to caught them)
Premoves are not applied right away so on poor connection you can lose the game even if you prevmoved forced check mate in 5... waiting as a fool for a few second hoping you won
Random disconnects from the game
Insults and impolite behaviour of opponents (not giving up incredibly loosing games, vulgar language, and so on)
Outdated and unusable iOS app, no hearing for feedback. (I reported approx 10 bugs and not fixed till this day)
Hard to follow games of friends, like no stupid button "See the current live game of player x".
I sent many suggestions and I was mostly ignored (except one time, but no much difference)
Puzzles are annoying, if you make 5 mistakes in a row you can lose many points like 16 in one puzzle and then you have simple one and you earn 1 or 2 points for solving it. Especially it is frustrating when you find a winning move, but not as quick as engine one, still losing points too...

Conclusion:
IF YOU LOVE CHESS BUY AN OFFLINE CHESS PROGRAM AND PLAY REAL TOURNAMENTS. JUST AVOID JUNK LIKE THIS PORTAL!
