FIDE Master and USCF Senior Master Todd Andrews. I am one of the managers of the Nashville Chess Center, a 501(c)3 non-for-profit organization dedicated to using chess as the primary tool in the strengthening of young minds. We provide after school programs and competitive teams to middle-Tennessee schools. My programs are Ross Elementary, St Paul Christian Academyl, The Ensworth School, Hume-Fogg Academic High School and University School of Nashville.

  • Georgia State Champion - 2004
  • 11 years of chess coaching experience in three states.
  • Coach of two former National Champions and one National Championship Team
  • Coach of numerous Tennessee Scholastic Individual Champions and Teams
  • Member of United States Olympic Youth Team - 1997
  • Number 1 ranked player in the country (17-18 year olds) - 1999

Others Interests: Concerts, especially large festivals, kayaking, journalism, hiking, football (Titans!), hockey (Predators!), and traveling via automobile.
