When the NSA learned of my birth back in '87, they knew I was too smart for them to prevent my plans of world domination (which they knew I would eventually have) if they did not act immediately. They called the CIA to devise a plan to stop me. The CIA performed an operation to remove a large portion of my brain... They do not yet know they failed to remove enough.
