I started chess at home and then continued at school. I was school speed chess champion in my first year, I guess the others just under-estimated me. I did manage to play in the chess team and my best game was in the county finals when I won board 6 and we lost 5-1. Favourite opening - Kings Pawn Gambit. It opens up the game much quicker.
